JOB SUMMARY: Assists with preparation, implementation, and continuing evaluation of care for patients of all ages, which involves all specialties. Provides patient education, identifies patient/family needs; and implements measures to meet those needs. Perform routine patient care in services under supervision of a registered nurse to develop best care plan for the patients.
Provide quality bedside care
Properly administer medications
Accurately document therapeutic effects
Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)
Update doctors and registered nurses on a patient’s status
MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST (MT)
JOB SUMMARY: Person in this position will perform requested pathological procedures under limited supervision and according to policies and procedures in a timely manner. Conducts established quality control procedures on analytical tests, instruments, and other products while complying with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RTT) Full Time & Part Time Positions
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting in meeting patients’ needs for all age groups (neonates, infant, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics) in the areas of cardiopulmonary care, clinical procedures as delegated, transporting, and safety needs. He/she will communicate with team members in a timely manner about his/her observations of the patient’s progress, needs, and problems. Maintains established departmental/hospital policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, patient safety, and infection control. Works as a member of a unit based multidisciplinary patient care team. Accountability will be monitored through direct observation, financial goal achievement, performance improvement activities, and patient outcomes.
